Adel AHMED, Director of Operations


Adel has extensive experience in immigration counseling and brings in a wealth of knowledge and experience in study permit applications, temporary resident visa applications, permanent residency applications, post graduate work permit applications. 

Adel has lived in USA, UK, Burma, Thailand which has given him international exposure and instilled deep sense of respect for other cultures and backgrounds which will complement the services we provide at HECC. He has more than two decades of work experience with a unique combination of exposure into specialized customer service and business development. 

Adel has an Immigration Consultant Diploma (ICCRC Certified). He also has an MBA in Marketing from IBA, University of Dhaka as well as a B.Sc. degree in Accounting from USA

Munir MOHAMMAD PhD, Director & Educational Consultant


 Munir is a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Tottori University in Japan in Bio-Environment with a complementary degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Centennial College, Toronto, Canada. He also completed the Canada Course for Education Agents (CCEA).

Munir was a researcher of Center for research in Integrated Science, Shimane University, Japan. He was an international student in Japan and completed Masters and PhD and continued as a researcher for 6 years. He has wide experience about studying and living abroad. He has several international publications including a book chapter in INTECH open access publisher..

Fatema AHMED, Director & Student Coordinator


Fatema is a highly effective communicator with a positive approach towards any issues. She is a diligent and confident professional who has a long 16 years of teaching experience both in Bangladesh and in Canada. She has excelled in her role as a teacher as a result of her effective communications skill, pro-active leadership skills and diligent role as a guide and a mentor for students whom she had taught in her long successful career.

She has language skills which include fluency in English (near-native), Bengali (native), and Hindi (intermediate). 

She has a Bachelors Honors degree in Public Administration from the University of Dhaka and a Diploma in Early Childhood Development from BRAC University, Bangladesh.

Golam SARWAR, Director, Home stay


Sarwar has an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for working with youths in Bangladesh for the last 10 years. In Canada he has been providing home stay support to many Bangladeshi foreign students out of passion for last few years while running his own businesses both in Bangladesh and Canada. He also has an MBA.

Rashed IQBAL, Director, Student Information center, Bangladesh


Rashed is a pro people person and very well known for ‘youth mentoring” workshops in his local community in Bangladesh. He worked in customer service providing superior client care for over 15 years. 

Rashed is in charge of the Bangladesh office and offers his well-rounded experience and heartfelt dedication to ensure in providing information for students to have a successful study in Canada.
